ORDER FULFILLMENT
We ship our products out EVERY Saturday, please be mindful of this when ordering! Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Orders placed on the weekend and select U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International delays may occur due to customs. Please contact UPS for all questions regarding your international package. You will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your order.
INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
Please ensure you enter the correct email and shipping address. If you have any doubts, please contact us immediately to ensure we have the correct information on file. You may use the contact form on this site. Signup for a website account to manage your orders and addresses.
If the item is fulfilled and shipped to an incorrect shipping address you gave us, please contact UPS to retrieve the package. If the item ends up being returned to us, we will reship the item at your cost. If the item was fulfilled and shipped and the package becomes lost, we are not responsible for the loss.
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
In the instance that UPS tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us. Once the package is in the hands of the mailer, they become liable for the safe delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered, upon notification from the customer, we will open a case with the mailer. Please allow 2 weeks for us to investigate and arrive at a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 2 weeks of investigation, we'll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items are final sale - no exchanges and no refunds.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your defective or damaged item. Please use the contact form or our email custommade@tesitoconnection.com. We advise against using social media to contact us as we do not receive notification of every comment, like, or share. We are responsible for replacing the item and covering the shipping cost. If you are uninterested in a replacement, we will offer you a refund.
REFUNDS
If an item is defective, missing, or incorrect in size, color, gender, or style, we will issue a full refund including shipping costs using the original payment method. Other returns are issued in the form of store credit.
EXCHANGES
We make exchanges super easy. Please return your items to the address listed below. We must receive the item first. Please include your order number and a brief description of what you would like in exchange. Be sure to get a tracking number for your records.
ALTERED ITEMS
Altered items are not returnable.
